ProCap Financial Joins Russell Indexes and Renames to Silvia Inc

ProCap Financial, Inc. will be added to the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indexes at the start of U.S. trading on Monday, September 21, 2026. The move is part of the third-quarter 2026 IPO additions managed by FTSE Russell.

Founded in 2025 with more than $750 million in investor funding, the company operates Silvia, an AI agent platform for finance that has connected over $60 billion in assets.

Following the index inclusion, the company will change its corporate name to Silvia, Inc. and transition to the ticker symbol SVIA on September 22, 2026.
