Apollo Global Management Acquires Stake in Atlantic Aviation

Apollo Global Management is acquiring a co-controlling stake in Atlantic Aviation from KKR & Co. in a deal valuing the company at nearly $10 billion.

Apollo Global Management Inc. is acquiring a co-controlling stake in Atlantic Aviation from KKR & Co., valuing the private jet fixed-base operator at nearly $10 billion. KKR will retain a significant stake in the company following the transaction.

Atlantic Aviation operates more than 100 fixed-base operations across the United States, where it provides fueling, deicing, maintenance, and concierge services for private jets, alongside leasing office and hangar space. KKR originally purchased the company from Macquarie Infrastructure in 2021 for approximately $4.5 billion.

Apollo partner David Cohen stated that the private aviation market has structural tailwinds that will persist, positioning Atlantic to capture growth through strategic investment and new market expansion.
