Wingstop Named America's Fastest-Growing Restaurant Chain

Wingstop was named the fastest-growing restaurant chain in the United States by QSR Magazine. The company expanded its domestic footprint by adding 382 new locations last year, a growth rate that surpassed other major quick-service competitors including Starbucks, Chipotle, and Jersey Mike's.

This expansion follows a consistent three-year trend where the chain opened 868 U.S. locations while closing only five. The company has grown from its 1994 origins in Garland, Texas, where it was founded by Antonio Swad and Bernadette Fiaschetti, to a global operation with more than 3,000 locations worldwide.
