NVIDIA Releases Game Ready Driver for Four Major Titles
NVIDIA released GeForce Game Ready Driver 617.14 WHQL to optimize four upcoming games and updated its AI developer tools.
NVIDIA Inc. released GeForce Game Ready Driver version 617.14 WHQL, introducing optimizations for four upcoming game titles. The update supports Control Resonant, launching September 24 with path tracing and DLSS 4.5 Ray Reconstruction, and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Remastered, arriving September 29 with path tracing and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation for RTX 50 Series GPUs.
Additional support includes AION 2, which opens to Founder's Pack buyers on September 30 and free-to-play users on October 5, and Gears of War: E-Day, which enters early access on October 1 before its full launch on October 6. The latter utilizes NVIDIA Reflex and the RTX Mega Geometry SDK.
Beyond gaming, the company expanded its developer tools by updating the RTX Mega Geometry SDK to version 2.0 and enhancing NVIDIA ACE with Nemotron Speech 3.5 and Qwen3 TTS. In the esports sector, the professional team NRG upgraded its competitive PCs with GeForce RTX 5080 GPUs in preparation for the VCT Champs event on September 24.
