ARK Invest Sells Roblox Shares to Increase Amazon Position

ARK Investment Management LLC executed a series of significant portfolio adjustments on Monday, August 3, 2026. The most substantial trade involved the sale of 505,751 shares of Roblox Corp across its ARKK and ARKW ETFs, totaling approximately $18 million.

Cathie Wood and her firm used these funds to invest $20 million into Amazon.com Inc, acquiring 73,835 shares distributed across five different ETFs. In addition to Amazon, the firm increased its positions in CoreWeave Inc, Coinbase Global Inc, and Cerebras Systems Inc.

To facilitate these acquisitions and adjust overall market exposure, ARK sold shares of 10X Genomics Inc, Advanced Micro Devices Inc, and Snowflake Inc.
