Bath City Council Member Endorses Hannah Pingree for Governor

Megan Mansfield-Pryor, a member of the Bath City Council, endorsed Hannah Pingree for Governor of Maine. Mansfield-Pryor, who also works at the Governor’s Office of Policy Innovation and the Future, highlighted Pingree's experience as a former speaker of the Maine House and her current contributions to state policy.

Mansfield-Pryor specifically credited Pingree with spearheading infrastructure investments and protections for working waterfronts. She noted the impact of the Community Resilience Partnership and Community Action Grants, which provided critical funding for resilient infrastructure and storm recovery in communities such as Bath.

According to Mansfield-Pryor, Pingree has the necessary expertise to manage workforce shortages, healthcare costs, and housing affordability. The endorsement emphasizes Pingree's ability to foster bipartisan collaboration to expand the state economy.
