Anthropic Reveals $600 Billion AI Infrastructure Spending in S-1
Anthropic filed an S-1 prospectus detailing hundreds of billions of dollars in compute and infrastructure commitments with Google, Amazon, Broadcom, and SpaceX.
Anthropic filed its S-1 prospectus on October 26, 2026, disclosing a massive series of infrastructure and compute spending commitments totaling hundreds of billions of dollars. The AI laboratory has committed to spend at least $114.5 billion with Google Cloud between April 2026 and July 2033, alongside an additional $125 billion to $150 billion on Alphabet's Tensor Processing Units.
The filings reveal a $161.2 billion master lease with Broadcom to deploy TPUs and a $110 billion commitment for Amazon's cloud services spanning May 2026 to April 2036. Anthropic also entered an agreement to lease compute capacity from SpaceX through 2029, a deal potentially worth $120.5 billion.
These agreements, which include further commitments through Microsoft, Nscale, and Lamda, continue to drive demand for Nvidia's GPU platforms. Broadcom expects Anthropic to become its largest customer, a development that supports Broadcom's forecast to quadruple its annual AI revenue to $230 billion by fiscal 2028.
