Boerse Stuttgart Digital Completes Merger With Tradias
Boerse Stuttgart Digital and Tradias have merged to create a combined digital asset infrastructure unit providing institutional trading, custody, and staking services across Europe.
Boerse Stuttgart Digital and Tradias have completed their merger to establish a combined digital asset infrastructure unit. The transaction, which was first announced in February, proceeded after the completion of necessary ownership control procedures.
The merged entity operates under the Boerse Stuttgart Digital name, while Tradias remains the brand for trading services. The organization employs approximately 300 people and provides custody, staking, tokenization, and trading services for brokers, banks, and other financial institutions throughout Europe.
Christopher Beck, the founder of Tradias, and Ulli Spankowski, the managing director of Boerse Stuttgart Digital, will serve as co-CEOs of the firm. The company maintains dual headquarters in Frankfurt and Stuttgart, with additional operational offices in cities including Dubai, Beirut, Athens, Berlin, Madrid, Milan, and Ljubljana.
