e& Group Reports H1 2026 Revenue Growth to AED 38.1 Billion

e& Group reported an 11.6% revenue increase for the first half of 2026 and divested its stakes in Vodafone Group and Careem Technologies.

e& Group reported a consolidated revenue of AED 38.1 billion for the first half of 2026, representing an 11.6% year-on-year increase. The company's EBITDA rose 13.1% to AED 17.7 billion with a 46.5% margin, while consolidated net profit grew 2.4% to AED 6.0 billion, excluding specific 2025 gains. The group also expanded its total subscriber base by 30.4%, reaching 251.5 million.

As part of a strategic portfolio reset to focus on core businesses, the company executed two significant divestments. It sold its entire stake in Vodafone Group, which generated AED 21.9 billion in gross cash proceeds and a net cash gain of AED 4.8 billion. Additionally, the company sold a 12.5% stake in Careem Technologies to Uber for AED 367 million.

Chairman Jassem Mohamed Bu Ataba Alzaabi attributed the financial performance to the strength of the group's core business portfolio and ongoing investments in technology infrastructure and advanced digital solutions. Group CEO Masood M. Sharif Mahmood noted that the operating model remained strong and adaptable despite regional and global challenges during the first half of the year.
