Financial Firms Raise Nvidia Forecasts Ahead of Earnings Report

Benchmark and other financial firms reiterated positive ratings and raised revenue forecasts for Nvidia ahead of its August 26 fiscal second-quarter earnings report.

Several financial institutions have issued positive outlooks for Nvidia Corp. as the company prepares to release its fiscal second-quarter 2027 earnings report on August 26. Benchmark reiterated a Buy rating and set a price target of $335.00, while raising its revenue forecasts to $92 billion for the July quarter and $103.957 billion for the fiscal third quarter.

Benchmark attributed these increases to positive company commentary, signals regarding AI customer capital expenditure, and conservative estimates for the China market. Other firms, including Oppenheimer, Stifel, and BMO Capital, also maintained positive ratings with price targets between $265 and $340.

In addition to equity forecasts, Moody’s Ratings and S&P Global Ratings affirmed high credit ratings for the company. These affirmations follow Nvidia's commitment to support AI data center campus developments in Portsmouth and Pike County, Ohio.
