Atlassian Returns to Profit With $139.1 Million Net Income
Atlassian Corp. reported a fourth-quarter net income of $139.1 million, reversing last year's loss through significant growth in cloud and subscription revenue.
Atlassian Corp. returned to profitability in its fourth quarter, reporting a net income of $139.1 million, or $0.55 per share. This result reverses a net loss of $23.9 million recorded during the same period the previous year.
Quarterly revenue grew 28% to $1.77 billion. This growth was primarily driven by a 31% increase in cloud revenue, which reached $1.21 billion, and a rise in subscription revenue to $1.68 billion. The company's subscription annual recurring revenue increased 23% year-over-year to $6.61 billion.
Looking ahead, the company projects first-quarter revenue between $1.705 billion and $1.715 billion. For fiscal 2027, Atlassian forecasts total revenue growth of approximately 13%, with cloud revenue expected to grow by about 25.5% and subscription annual recurring revenue projected to increase by roughly 18%.
