Victoria Beckham Holdings Reports First Operating Profit of £7.3 Million
Victoria Beckham Holdings Ltd. achieved its first-ever operating profit in 2025, reporting £7.3 million following years of financial losses.
Victoria Beckham Holdings Ltd. reported its first-ever operating profit of £7.3 million for 2025, reversing a trend of annual losses that included a £1.6 million deficit in 2024. The company saw revenue grow 15% over the previous year to reach £129.8 million, marking the fifth straight year of double-digit growth.
Management attributed the financial turnaround to strict cost controls and high demand for minimalist fashion lines, specifically occasion-wear, tailoring, and elevated daywear. The company also benefited from a successful foundation offering within its beauty line. These gains occurred despite a difficult luxury market characterized by rising living costs and geopolitical uncertainties that have reduced consumer discretionary spending.
The company is majority-owned by Victoria and David Beckham, with NEO Investment Partners holding a 30% stake.
