Innocean USA Moves Headquarters to El Segundo Facility

Innocean USA, the American arm of Seoul-based Innocean Worldwide, agreed to relocate its United States headquarters to El Segundo, California. The agency will lease 100,000 square feet at 888 Douglas St., a former airplane manufacturing plant converted into office space. This move will consolidate nearly 600 employees who currently operate across multiple buildings in Huntington Beach.

Scheduled for completion by the summer of 2027, the new facility is designed as a production center for commercials. The space includes high-resolution LED panels for real-time 3-D backgrounds and roll-up doors to accommodate vehicles. The property is owned by Hackman Capital Partners and already houses firms such as L’Oréal and Varda Space Industries.

Chief Executive Shin Hye-sung stated the agency requires more space to support its operations. Leslie Barrett, President of Innocean USA, highlighted the facility's production capabilities and mentioned plans to allow dogs in the workplace.
