Russian Airstrikes Kill at Least 13 Civilians Across Ukraine

The Military of Russia launched coordinated missile, drone, and glide bomb attacks across multiple Ukrainian cities from July 10 to 11, causing numerous civilian deaths and injuries.

The Military of Russia executed a series of coordinated airstrikes, drone assaults, and ballistic missile attacks across Ukraine between July 10 and 11, 2026, targeting residential areas and civilian infrastructure.

On July 10, Russian forces dropped seven FAB-250 guided aerial bombs on Kramatorsk and Bilenke in eastern Ukraine. The strikes hit a high-rise building and a store, killing four civilians, including a 14-year-old boy and his 18-year-old sister, and wounding 13 others. The Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office launched a pre-trial investigation into the attacks for alleged war crimes.

Coordination intensified on July 11 with strikes across northern and southern regions. Overnight ballistic missiles hit Kyiv, injuring 11 people and damaging warehouses and apartments. In Sumy, glide bombs targeted a public transit stop and a road, destroying a passenger minibus; casualty reports for the city varied, with official figures confirming four deaths and later reports citing five deaths and 30 injuries.

Simultaneous attacks hit other urban centers: a missile strike in Odesa killed two people, while shelling in the Kharkiv region caused two additional deaths. Drone strikes in Kherson's Korabelnyi district injured four people, and further assaults hit Sloviansk and Izium. Emergency services across the country responded to widespread fires and explosive trauma injuries.
