Nebius and Palantir Partner to Scale AI Infrastructure

Nebius Group N.V. and Palantir Technologies Inc. have entered into a strategic partnership to scale AI infrastructure, specifically targeting sensitive and regulated industries. Under the terms of the agreement, Nebius will serve as the preferred sovereign infrastructure provider for the enterprise AI stack developed by Palantir.

The collaboration allows Nebius to leverage Palantir's existing enterprise customer base to accelerate the demand for modular data center deployments. This arrangement is designed to reduce the need for heavy upfront capital expenditures for Nebius as it seeks to establish itself as a leading AI infrastructure platform.

While the deal provides a growth catalyst, analysts indicate that Nebius faces significant execution risks. These concerns center on the company's ability to manage capacity deployment and achieve sustainable margin expansion.
