Freshworks Joins S&P SmallCap 600 Index

Freshworks Inc. will join the S&P SmallCap 600 index effective before the start of trading on Thursday, October 8, 2026. The index provider, S&P Dow Jones Indices, announced the addition following the removal of BioLife Solutions Inc.

BioLife Solutions Inc. is being deleted from the index because it is being acquired by Repligen Corp., which is currently a constituent of the S&P MidCap 400. The acquisition of BioLife Solutions is expected to be completed soon, pending final closing conditions.

Freshworks stock experienced an increase in value following the announcement of its inclusion in the index.
