Whitney Stefko Dover, a director and senior counsel of policy and legal operations at Ford, has transitioned her household management from a custom AI assistant built with Anthropic's Claude to a new agent powered by ChatGPT Work. The original assistant, named Claudette, managed family schedules, childcare, and chores, but Stefko Dover replaced it with a new agent named Gigi due to a superior interface, better project continuity, and more proactive suggestions.

Gigi now performs complex tasks such as filling online grocery carts, though Stefko Dover maintains human supervision to prevent purchasing errors. Expanding her ecosystem further, Stefko Dover added a third assistant named Ingrid, powered by Instinct AI, to handle tasks via phone calls and text messages.

Stefko Dover views the deployment of these AI agents as a process of constant iteration rather than a search for a final product. She believes users must own the context layer of their AI interactions to maximize the utility of these tools.
