Oracle Launches Agentic AI Suite to Automate Enterprise Tasks

Oracle introduced Fusion Agentic Applications and Deep Trust AI Architecture to shift enterprise software from recording data to executing complex business processes autonomously.

CEO Mike Sicilia and other executives unveiled a suite of agentic AI capabilities at the Oracle AI World keynote, shifting the focus of enterprise software from recording data to executing tasks. The company launched Fusion Agentic Applications, featuring 25 tools powered by the Fusion Claw runtime. These applications are designed to analyze options and perform approved tasks across finance, human resources, supply chain, sales, and service.

To manage these tools, Oracle introduced Fusion Companion and Fusion Agentic Home, interfaces that allow employees to define goals and delegate work to AI agents via voice or ChatGPT. To address security and adoption risks, the company implemented the Deep Trust AI Architecture. This framework integrates governance across the software platform and data layers, utilizing Deep Data Security and Deep NL2SQL to ensure AI systems adhere to business rules and user permissions. Oracle also introduced Outcome Receipts to provide a detailed audit trail of AI actions.

Practical deployments include a partnership with Spectrum, which uses AskHR agents to automate payroll and leave queries for 100,000 employees. In Italy, Oracle engineers used AI to identify and resolve configuration errors causing failed orders for Burger King Italia. The company also teased the upcoming release of NetSuite Next as part of a broader push toward invisible software.
