IRB Infrastructure Reports 51% First Quarter Profit Growth

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd reported a 51% increase in consolidated net profit after tax for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company's profit reached ₹306.27 crore, up from ₹202.48 crore in the same period the previous year. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹2,172.67 crore, with revenue from operations rising to ₹2,137.27 crore.

In conjunction with these financial results, the company declared an interim dividend of ₹0.05 per equity share. Operational progress included the commissioning and tolling of the Ganga Expressway and the commencement of toll collection on TOT18. Additionally, the IRB Infrastructure Trust, a private InvIT Joint Venture, offered two highway BOT assets valued at ₹4,605 crore to the IRB InvIT Fund.

Chairman and Managing Director Virendra Mhaiskar stated the company intends to grow its asset base to ₹1,40,000 crore by 2030, expanding from its current portfolio of ₹94,000 crore.
