a.k.a. Brands Holding Corp. reported second quarter financial results showing a narrowed net loss of $0.2 million, or $0.01 per share, compared to a $3.6 million loss during the same period in 2025. The company achieved a gross margin of 61.1%, an increase from 57.5% the previous year, driven by lower tariff rates and a rise in full-price sales within its streetwear brands.

Net sales for the quarter reached $160.1 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose to $8.7 million. CEO Ciaran Long stated that these results validate the company's efforts to reposition the business to deliver profitable, durable growth.

The company reiterated its annual fiscal outlook, projecting net sales between $625 million and $635 million and adjusted EBITDA between $30 million and $32 million.
