Hisense Integrates Dolby Vision 2 Into 2026 Television Lineup
Hisense is deploying Dolby Vision 2 technology via firmware updates to select 2026 television models across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
##Hisense has begun integrating Dolby Vision 2 High Dynamic Range technology into its 2026 television lineup, specifically targeting the UX, UR9, UR8, and U7 series. The update is being deployed via firmware to devices operating on Google TV or VIDAA OS across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
The technology introduces a new image engine, content intelligence, and an intensity slider to improve visual authenticity for sports, games, and movies. Premium models will feature Dolby Vision 2 Max, which includes Light Sense 2 for lighting optimization, Authentic Motion for cinematic effects, and expanded professional settings.
Content providers including Peacock, iQIYI, and CANAL+ have committed to supporting the expanded Dolby Vision 2 palette. The rollout aims to provide users with more lifelike visuals and a professional-grade viewing experience through advanced HDR standards.
