Hedley Studios Ltd Administration Report Details £2 Million Debt
Administrators for HSL Realisations 2026 Limited reported £2.07 million in debts following the collapse of car manufacturer Hedley Studios Ltd.
Administrators for HSL Realisations 2026 Limited released a progress report on October 11 detailing the financial state of the entity formed after the collapse of Hedley Studios Ltd. The car manufacturer, which produced miniaturized electric versions of classic cars in Bicester, entered administration in March 2026, leading to the redundancy of most of its 74 employees.
The company faced total debts of £2,070,036. Major creditors include His Majesty's Revenue and Customs, which is claiming £951,490, Bentley Motors Limited, which is owed £191,535, and Pro-Logistics, which is owed £56,111. While former employees are expected to be paid in full, the report indicates that His Majesty's Revenue and Customs may not recover its full claim.
Following the initial collapse, assets were sold to Hedley Labs Limited. This successor company subsequently renamed itself Hedley Studios Limited and continues to operate in Bicester.
