Pakistan and Azerbaijan Congratulate Austria on National Day

President Alexander Van der Bellen of Austria received diplomatic congratulations from the leaders of Pakistan and Azerbaijan on October 26, 2026, to mark the National Day of the Republic of Austria.
President Asif Ali Zardari of Pakistan sent a letter to Van der Bellen noting that the two nations maintain constructive engagement at both bilateral and multilateral levels. Zardari expressed confidence that the bonds between Pakistan and Austria will continue to grow and open new avenues for cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
Similarly, President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan sent a congratulatory letter stating that relations between the two countries are developing on the basis of mutual respect. Aliyev expressed his belief that joint efforts will continue to strengthen friendly ties and expand mutually beneficial cooperation, while extending wishes of peace and prosperity to the Austrian people.
