ServiceNow and AWS Expand Platform to Scale Agentic AI
ServiceNow and Amazon Web Services integrated AI governance and development tools after reaching $1 billion in marketplace transactions.
ServiceNow Inc. and Amazon Web Services (AWS) expanded their platform integration on May 6, following the milestone of $1 billion in ServiceNow AWS Marketplace transactions. The collaboration focuses on scaling agentic AI by integrating the ServiceNow AI Control Tower with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
This combined architecture provides enterprises with a unified system to manage, audit, and orchestrate AI workloads across different teams and models. To further automate risk assessment and remediation, the two companies introduced specialized AI agent integrations for security, IT operations, and telecommunications.
Additionally, ServiceNow integrated its software development kit into Kiro, the AWS agentic integrated development environment. This move allows developers to build ServiceNow applications and AI agents directly within the AWS development environment.
