Greenhouse Software, Inc. launched the Orchestrated Hiring Ecosystem on October 15, 2026, to address the hiring doom loop created by the simultaneous use of AI by recruiters and job seekers. The platform integrates sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and applicant tracking into a single system that connects employers with millions of candidates via MyGreenhouse.

The ecosystem introduces several AI-driven tools to prioritize candidate quality over application volume. These include Voice AI to conduct standardized first interviews for all applicants, identity verification through Real Talent to prevent fraud, and Dream Job markers to identify high-intent candidates.

CEO Daniel Chait stated that the expansion aims to move past broken processes such as biased resume reviews and fruitless job searches. By shifting the focus toward signals of authenticity and fit, the company intends to rebuild the hiring experience for the AI era.
