Arq Inc Appoints Peter Owino as Chief Accounting Officer

Arq, Inc. appointed Peter Owino as its Chief Accounting Officer effective September 1, 2026. Owino has served as the company's interim Chief Accounting Officer since June 12, 2026.

Owino brings more than twenty years of experience in finance, accounting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance to the role. His professional background includes leadership positions at KPMG New York, Merchant e-Solutions, and Colliers Engineering & Design.

To finalize the appointment, the company's Compensation Committee approved inducement equity awards for Owino. These awards consist of 100,000 restricted stock awards that will vest over three years, provided he remains employed by the firm.
