Paul Griggs, the US CEO and senior partner of PwC, has integrated a custom AI assistant named PG's Whisperer into his daily executive operations. Developed roughly one year ago with guidance from a PwC colleague specializing in intelligent enterprise offerings, the tool utilizes two different AI models to streamline high-level tasks.

Griggs employs the assistant to review lengthy documents, pressure-test strategy work, and refine the clarity and quality of his speeches. He uses the tool to process information at a speed he describes as previously impossible, often contrasting the output of the assistant with other chat systems to verify accuracy.
