Ford Plans Four-Door Gasoline Mustang Sedan by 2029

Ford Motor Company plans to launch a four-door gasoline-powered Mustang sedan by the end of the decade to attract young families.

Ford Motor Company plans to introduce a four-door gasoline-powered sedan version of the Mustang as a 2028 or 2029 model. The company revealed an image of the vehicle and shared the strategy during a dealer meeting in Las Vegas attended by CEO Jim Farley and Executive Chair William Clay Ford Jr.

The sedan aims to broaden the Mustang's appeal to young families. While Ford has not officially confirmed engine specifications, reports indicate the vehicle may feature hybrid power, potentially including a hybrid V-8 engine.

Ford has not officially commented on the reports, with spokesman Mark Truby citing a company policy against discussing future product speculation.
