Prestige Estates Launches Rs 1,750 Crore Project in Bengaluru

Prestige Estates Projects launched Prestige Parklane, a new residential development located in Devanahalli, Bengaluru. The project spans 11.91 acres and consists of 1,788 homes distributed across nine towers, with available options for one, two, and three-bedroom residences.

Situated near the Satellite Town Ring Road, the development encompasses a total saleable area of approximately 1.7 million square feet. The company estimates the gross development value of the project at Rs 1,750 crore.

The site features four acres of landscaped greens and a 30,000 square foot clubhouse. Amenities within the clubhouse include a business center, gym, spa, and a rooftop viewing deck.
