YY Group Acquires Xtreme Solutions for S$4.5 Million

YY Group Holding Limited completed the acquisition of a 95% stake in Xtreme Solutions Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based distributor, for S$4.5 million. The deal consists of S$0.9 million in cash and S$3.6 million in Class A ordinary shares, which are subject to a 12-month lock-up period.

Xtreme Solutions reported revenue of approximately S$6.0 million and a net profit of approximately S$600,000 for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. Under the agreement, the distributor will keep its current brand and store presence, and its existing management team will continue to lead the business.

YY Group intends to modernize the digital sales channels of the distributor through its subsidiary, MediaPlus Venture Group Pte. Ltd., and expand the business into overseas markets. The company also plans to use Xtreme Solutions as a deployment environment for its YY Circle manpower outsourcing services.
