Larsen & Toubro to Build India's Largest NVIDIA B300 AI Factory

Larsen & Toubro secured an order valued between ₹10,000 crore and ₹15,000 crore to construct India's largest NVIDIA B300 AI factory. The facility will be developed by L&T's AI infrastructure subsidiary, LTN Compute, and hosted at the Vyoma.AI data centre campus in Chennai.

Designed as a gigawatt-scale site, the first phase of the project will support 250 MW of capacity. The infrastructure is intended to support Together AI’s AI-native cloud platform, providing the necessary resources for large-scale AI training, inference, and fine-tuning workloads.

This project marks the conglomerate's entry into the AI Factory business. The initiative is part of a broader mission to establish India as a global hub for next-generation AI infrastructure.
