Strategy Inc. purchased 334 Bitcoin for $28.7 million between September 28 and October 4, 2026. The company now holds approximately 848,000 Bitcoin, maintaining its status as the largest corporate holder of the cryptocurrency.

This recent acquisition marks a sharp decline in buying pace compared to November 2024, when the firm acquired roughly 55,500 Bitcoin in one week. The slowdown stems from current financing conditions. The company avoids issuing equity to fund purchases when its stock premium is low to prevent diluting the Bitcoin-per-share ratio for shareholders.

Executive Chairman Michael Saylor noted that "there is always room for more orange," referencing the Bitcoin logo. While Saylor stated that the company does not sell its equity when it trades weak, Strategy Inc. has not provided specific timelines or funding details for future acquisitions.
