AM Intelligence Orders 9,000 Nvidia Systems for India AI Factory

AM Intelligence ordered 9,000 Nvidia Vera Rubin systems to build a 30-megawatt AI factory in Hyderabad as part of an $8-billion global expansion.

AM Intelligence, the AI infrastructure arm of AM Group, has ordered 9,000 Nvidia Corp. Vera Rubin NVL72 rack-scale systems to establish an AI factory in Hyderabad, India. Scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of 2027, the systems will power the initial 30-megawatt phase of a facility designed to support trillion-parameter AI models. The company expects the new infrastructure to reduce inference token costs by up to 10 times compared to the previous Grace Blackwell generation.

This project initiates a broader $8-billion strategy to deploy 1 gigawatt of compute-as-a-Service capacity across India, the United States, Finland, and Malaysia. The company aims to scale its total data center capacity to 5 gigawatts by 2030 across India, Europe, and other global regions.

To maintain competitive global pricing, AM Intelligence is leveraging low-cost renewable energy provided by its parent entity, Greenko Group. This integration of power infrastructure and compute is intended to position the company as a low-cost provider of AI computation infrastructure on a global scale.
