OpenAI Appoints Dali Rajic as Chief Revenue Officer

OpenAI hired former Wiz executive Dali Rajic as chief revenue officer to drive business growth and repeatable execution for corporate customers.

OpenAI appointed Dali Rajic, the former president and chief operating officer of Wiz, as its new chief revenue officer. Rajic replaces Denise Dresser, the former CEO of Slack, who joined the company in December and will depart after a transition period.

This leadership change follows a series of executive departures, including business lead Fidji Simo, executive Brad Lightcap, and former product chief Kevin Weil. President Greg Brockman stated that Rajic will focus on turning company learnings into "repeatable execution" to demonstrate measurable business impact for customers.

The shuffle occurs as OpenAI competes for enterprise clients and prepares for a potential public offering. The company reported strong momentum in July, with its annual revenue run rate growing more than 20% month-over-month and business customer growth reaching 32%.
