Gorilla Technology Group and Super Micro Computer Inc. finalized a $2 billion AI infrastructure agreement to expand data center capabilities in India for Yotta Data Services.
Gorilla Technology Group Inc. and Super Micro Computer, Inc. finalized a $2 billion AI infrastructure supply agreement to support the Yotta project in India. The deal involves the delivery of 20,736 B300 cards, 5,120 B200 cards, and associated networking equipment and rack-scale platforms to enable hyperscale and sovereign AI initiatives.
Yotta Data Services will operate the project, delivering AI compute capacity to Indian enterprises and public sector organizations. Following the agreement, the companies established a strategic framework to pursue additional multi-billion-dollar opportunities across India and the Asia Pacific region, including Southeast Asia, focusing on GPU-as-a-Service and managed services.
Despite the scale of the partnership, shares of both companies declined on June 3, 2026. Super Micro Computer saw a 9% drop, while Gorilla Technology tumbled 20%. Investors expressed concerns regarding how Gorilla Technology, with a market capitalization of approximately $602 million, intends to finance the $2 billion commitment without diluting existing shareholders.
