Jack Posobiec Accused of Voting Illegally in Pennsylvania

Jack Posobiec faces allegations of illegal voting in Pennsylvania while residing in Maryland, despite his role training poll watchers to detect voter fraud.

Jack Posobiec, a Turning Point USA host and Republican National Committee consultant, is accused of voting illegally in Pennsylvania while residing in Maryland for nearly a decade. Evidence from Federal Election Commission records, 2017 divorce court filings, and social media posts suggest Posobiec lives in Hanover, Maryland, with his wife. However, voter registration documents indicate he has voted in Pennsylvania in every election since 2004, using his parents' address in Norristown.

Records show Posobiec cast mail-in ballots in 2018, 2022, and 2024, and voted in person in 2020. Pennsylvania law requires voters to be residents of their voting district for at least 30 days before an election. These allegations contrast with Posobiec's public role as a critic of election integrity; he was commissioned by the Republican National Committee to train poll watchers to detect fraudulent registrations and has repeatedly accused Pennsylvania officials of fraud.

The Pennsylvania state attorney general’s office and the Montgomery County district attorney’s office were notified of the residency discrepancy. Attorney General Dave Sunday stated his office has jurisdiction over the Pennsylvania Election Code but declined to confirm if an active investigation is underway. Posobiec told reporters he was unavailable to speak and did not respond to written questions.
