Teladoc Health Names Jonathan Dorfman as Chief Legal Officer

Teladoc Health announced that Jonathan Dorfman will become the company's Chief Legal Officer and Secretary effective November 2, 2026. Dorfman succeeds Adam Vandervoort, who joined the company in 2015 and led the organization through its initial public offering and the rapid expansion of virtual care during the pandemic.

Dorfman joined the company in 2020 following the acquisition of Livongo. In his previous capacity, he managed capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, disclosure, and SEC reporting.

Chief Executive Officer Chuck Divita stated that Dorfman is a proven leader whose expertise and judgment make him the natural choice for the role. Divita credited Vandervoort with strengthening the company and establishing a foundation for the broader virtual care industry.
