Two US Bond ETFs Hit 52-Week Lows
The Franklin U.S. Core Bond ETF and iShares Core 10+ Year USD Bond ETF both reached new 52-week lows on July 24.
Two U.S. bond exchange-traded funds reached new 52-week lows during trading on July 24, 2026. The Franklin U.S. Core Bond ETF, managed by Franklin Templeton and tracking the Bloomberg US Aggregate index, traded as low as $21.06 with a volume of 35,943 shares. The iShares Core 10+ Year USD Bond ETF, which seeks results corresponding to the BofA Merrill Lynch 10+ Year US Corporate & Government Index, hit a new low of $47.43 with a volume of 496 shares.
Despite the price drops, institutional investors have recently increased their positions in these funds. IFP Advisors Inc raised its holdings in both the Franklin and iShares funds. Additionally, O'Shaughnessy Asset Management, LLC increased its holdings in the Franklin U.S. Core Bond ETF by 185.9% during the fourth quarter, while Integrated Wealth Concepts LLC established a new stake in the iShares Core 10+ Year USD Bond ETF during the first quarter.
