SoundHound AI Raises 2026 Forecast After Record Q2 Revenue

SoundHound AI, Inc. reported record second-quarter 2026 revenue of $61.9 million, representing a 45% increase year-over-year. The company attributed this growth to the adoption of its OASYS agentic AI platform and the acquisition of major enterprise deals within the automotive, healthcare, and restaurant sectors.

Despite the revenue growth, the company reported a GAAP net loss of $42.8 million, though its non-GAAP net loss was lower at $9.0 million. SoundHound AI indicated that it improved several key profitability metrics during the period.

Following these results, the company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $230 million to $260 million. Management noted that this guidance will be updated again following the expected closing of the company's acquisition of LivePerson before the end of 2026.
