Robinhood received regulatory approval from the Dubai Financial Services Authority to establish a retail investing business in Dubai, with a planned launch across the Middle East in 2027. Operating as Robinhood MENA Limited, the company will be based at the Dubai International Financial Centre.
The license, granted on July 20, 2026, allows the firm to provide custody services and arrange investment deals for retail clients. The company plans to offer a suite of products including cryptocurrencies, equities, investment tokens, and exchange-traded funds to expand local access to technology-driven investment services.
Salah Kaddoura will lead the regional operation as President and Senior Executive Officer. Arif Amiri, CEO of the DIFC Authority, stated that the presence of the brokerage would enhance the financial-services ecosystem of the center.
