Nokia Recasts Financials After Classifying Core Units as Discontinued
Nokia Corporation released recast financial information for 2025 and early 2026 to account for the sale of two discontinued business units.
Nokia Corporation released recast comparative financial information on July 23, 2026, to reflect the classification of its Fixed Wireless Access CPE and Enterprise Campus Edge businesses as discontinued operations. This accounting adjustment covers the first quarter of 2026 and the entire 2025 fiscal year, allowing for consistent comparisons across the Nokia Group and its reportable segments, including Mobile Infrastructure and Network Infrastructure.
The move follows a strategic reorganization on January 1, 2026, which placed non-core units into a Portfolio Businesses segment. During the second quarter of 2026, the company finalized an agreement to sell the Fixed Wireless Access CPE business and determined that a sale of the Enterprise Campus Edge unit was highly probable.
