Flutter Entertainment Cancels London Stock Exchange Listing

Flutter Entertainment cancelled its listing and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange on August 3, 2026, establishing the New York Stock Exchange as its sole listing venue. The company first created a presence on the New York Stock Exchange in January 2024 and transitioned it to the primary listing in May 2024.

Leadership decided to delist from London following a review of regulatory expenses and limited trading volumes. The move aligns the company's financial structure with its expanding North American operations. In the first quarter, FanDuel contributed $1.76 billion to total revenue, representing 41% of the company's earnings.

Flutter continues to operate its Paddy Power and Betfair brands in the UK and Ireland despite the move. In a separate development, investor Kenneth B. Dart increased his voting rights within the company to more than 29%.
