Reckitt Reports Strong Growth in India for Second Quarter
Reckitt reported high single-digit revenue growth in India for the second quarter of 2026, driven by power brands and expanded distribution.
Reckitt reported high single-digit revenue growth in India for the second quarter of 2026, spanning April to June. This performance was led by the Dettol brand in germ protection, Durex in intimate wellness, and the Harpic and Finish brands in household care. The company attributed these results to a sales transformation that included a double-digit increase in town coverage and enhanced sales force automation.
Globally, the company achieved like-for-like net revenue growth of 4.7%. Emerging markets, which represent 44% of Core Reckitt's revenue, grew by 9.4%. Chief Executive Officer Kris Licht noted that the growth in India was characterized by an offline-led consumer engagement strategy.
Reckitt maintained its full-year 2026 guidance, projecting Core Reckitt like-for-like net revenue growth between 4% and 5%. The company expects similar performance levels throughout the second half of the year.
