Nayax Acquires IPS Group for $350 Million in Cash

Nayax is acquiring US-based smart parking provider IPS Group for $350 million to expand its autonomous commerce presence and global market reach.

Israeli fintech company Nayax is acquiring US-based smart parking technology provider IPS Group for $350 million in cash. This transaction, the largest in the history of Nayax, involves purchasing the company from Windjammer Capital Investors, which had previously acquired IPS Group in 2020. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.

To fund the acquisition, Nayax will use existing cash reserves and raise approximately $150 million in new debt. The company plans to integrate IPS Group's smart parking solutions, which currently serve over 250,000 parking spaces, into its global operations with a primary focus on the European market. This move increases the potential target market for Nayax in cashless payments to $342 billion by 2029.

Executives from both companies indicated the merger will create a unified platform for city curb management, combining parking and electric vehicle charging. The acquisition is expected to contribute to profits immediately upon closing.
