AI Infrastructure Firms Raise Forecasts Amid Data Center Demand
Marvell Technology, Constellation Energy, and Vistra Corp raised financial outlooks and secured major contracts to support the expanding AI data center buildout.
Several leading infrastructure and technology firms are reporting strong operational growth and raising financial forecasts to capitalize on the AI data center buildout. Marvell Technology raised its fiscal 2027 revenue outlook to approximately $12 billion, projecting 60% growth in its data center segment and expanding its partnership with Google.
In the energy sector, Constellation Energy increased its full-year 2026 adjusted operating earnings guidance to $11.50–$12.50 per share. The company secured approximately 920 megawatts of long-term nuclear deals spanning 18 years and exceeded second-quarter earnings per share expectations by 10%.
Vistra Corp reported a 30% year-over-year increase in second-quarter Ongoing Operations Adjusted EBITDA. To expand its infrastructure capabilities, Vistra formed the Helix Digital Infrastructure joint venture with NVIDIA, KKR, and the Kuwait Investment Authority. Despite these fundamental gains, all three companies have experienced recent stock price declines, leading some to identify them as undervalued assets in the AI sector.
