Maase Inc. Appoints Zhifeng Li as Chief Technology Officer

Maase Inc. appointed Dr. Zhifeng Li as its Chief Technology Officer on August 4, 2026. Dr. Li will lead the company's technology strategy, platform architecture, engineering execution, and AI roadmap as the firm transitions into a full-stack AI industry platform.

Dr. Li previously served as chairman of the board of directors at Huazhi Future (Chongqing) Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Maase Inc. He also maintains professional roles with the Investment Association of China and the Chongqing-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Enterprise Development Alliance.

Chief Executive Officer Vic Chou and company representative Min Zhou characterized the appointment as a critical step in the company's AI transformation. Dr. Li stated that the deep integration of computing power, algorithms, models, data and application scenarios has become a defining industry trend as AI enters a new phase of industrial development.
