South Australia Grazing Property Sells for $240,000

Wardle Co. Real Estate sold a 158-hectare low-rainfall grazing property located five kilometers northeast of Orroroo in the southern Flinders Ranges of South Australia for $240,000. The final sale price equates to approximately $615 per acre.

The transaction closed roughly $20,000 below the initial price guide of $260,000 to $280,000 established when the land entered the market in February. The property, which previously changed hands in 2023, was marketed as an expansion or startup block for livestock producers.

Infrastructure on the site includes a two-stand shearing shed, yards, implement and hay sheds, and a homestead that requires repair. Water is supplied to the land through two dams and a submersible bore.
