SuperCom Wins Two Texas Electronic Monitoring Contracts
SuperCom secured two county-level contracts in Texas to deploy its PureOne GPS tracking bracelets for adult and juvenile probation agencies.
SuperCom secured two county-level electronic monitoring contracts with adult and juvenile probation agencies in Texas. The company will deploy its PureOne GPS solution, a tracking bracelet that utilizes GPS, cell-tower, and Wi-Fi positioning, to replace the existing providers in those counties.
The selection followed a multi-week live-unit evaluation of competing technologies. The agreements operate on a recurring revenue model based on daily active units. These wins represent the fourth and fifth contracts the company has secured in Texas since entering the state market in December 2025.
Since mid-2024, the company has expanded its footprint significantly, securing over 50 electronic monitoring contracts across the United States and more than 20 national project wins in Europe. Ordan Trabelsi, the company's president and CEO, noted that replacing an incumbent provider is a considered step for any agency because it requires confidence in the equipment and the transition process.
