CleanCore Solutions Signs $800 Million AI Campus Deal
CleanCore Solutions, Inc. signed a 10-year agreement with Cerebras Systems to develop an AI data center campus in Minnesota worth up to $3 billion.
CleanCore Solutions, Inc. signed a 10-year Colocation Services Agreement with Cerebras Systems to develop a Tier 3 AI data center campus in Minnesota. The project will provide 55 MW of utility power capacity and 40 MW of critical IT load, with an initial contract value of $800 million and potential total value exceeding $3 billion through renewal options. Revenue for the facility is projected to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
This development is part of a broader surge in AI infrastructure spending. Other significant industry moves include a $19 billion lease between TeraWulf Inc. and Anthropic in Kentucky, and a $9.8 billion lease for Hut 8 Corp.'s Beacon Point campus in Texas. Additionally, AMD and Cerebras Systems entered a technical partnership to create a disaggregated AI inference solution.
Market research highlights the scale of this trend, forecasting the North American data center construction market will reach $158.20 billion by 2031. Similar growth is projected in Europe, where the hyperscale market is expected to reach $139.90 billion by 2031. These expansions are driven by the urgent need for high-density GPU clusters and liquid cooling to support AI workloads, as seen in recent investments by Google, Microsoft, and Oracle.
