Nvidia Stock Faces Scrutiny Ahead of Hyperscaler Earnings

Nvidia Corporation faces investor scrutiny as upcoming financial reports from five major cloud customers will determine if AI capital expenditures remain sustainable.

Investors are closely monitoring the stock performance of Nvidia Corporation as the company maintains its status as the world's most valuable enterprise. While the stock historically performed well in November between 2020 and 2024, it suffered a 13% decline in November 2025, leading to increased scrutiny of its current trajectory.

Nvidia's growth is heavily tied to the capital expenditures of five major hyperscalers: Alphabet, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta Platforms, and Oracle. These companies provided $49 billion of the $89 billion in data center revenue Nvidia reported last fiscal quarter.

With four of these hyperscalers scheduled to report third-quarter financial results within two weeks, the market is focused on cloud segment growth. Analysts warn that any deceleration in cloud revenue could prompt these customers to reduce spending on AI infrastructure, which would pressure Nvidia's share price and potentially cool the broader AI boom.
